By accessing our services, submitting your application, or engaging in a recruitment contract with Hortiaethelcorp, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Hortiaethelcorp provides international recruitment consultancy, candidate sourcing, and placement services. We act as an intermediary to facilitate employment between candidates and global employers ("The Client").

2. For Candidates (Job Seekers)

  • Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information provided in your CV, certificates, and application forms is true, complete, and accurate. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate disqualification or termination of employment.

  • No Guarantee of Placement: While we strive to find the best match, Hortiaethelcorp does not guarantee that a candidate will be selected by a Client or that an interview will result in a job offer.

  • Document Authenticity: Candidates are responsible for the authenticity of their legal documents (Passports, Degrees, etc.). Hortiaethelcorp is not liable for legal issues arising from forged or expired documents.

3. For Clients (Employers)

  • Candidate Suitability: While we perform initial screenings, the Client is ultimately responsible for the final selection and satisfying themselves as to the candidate’s suitability.

  • Compliance with Local Laws: The Client must ensure that the employment offer complies with the labor laws of the destination country, including wage standards, working hours, and safety regulations.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Transparency: Any service fees, administrative costs, or processing fees (if applicable and legal under the laws of the operating countries) will be communicated in a separate written agreement.

  • Refund Policy: Refund terms for recruitment fees are governed by the specific Service Agreement signed between Hortiaethelcorp and the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Hortiaethelcorp shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the candidate's performance or conduct once the employment contract with the Client has commenced.

  • We are not responsible for delays in visa processing or travel restrictions caused by government authorities or external factors (Force Majeure).

6. Code of Conduct

All parties agree to act in good faith and maintain professional ethics throughout the recruitment process. Harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent behavior will result in an immediate termination of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and proprietary recruitment processes are the property of Hortiaethelcorp and may not be used without prior written consent.
